On December 26th, an earthquake in Indian Ocean off the west coast of Sumatra in Indonesia, measuring 9.3 on the Richter Scale creates tsunami waves that sweep across much of the coastlines of Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, the Maldives, Burma, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
